What information we collect depends upon the nature of our relationship with you. Importantly, in some circumstances if you do not provide the information that we request, you may not be able to use or access our services, enter a competition/promotion/offer, or receive a stated benefit/reward/prize.
The types of personal information we collect usually includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, date of birth, email address, phone number, mobile number, residential/postal address and social media details. We collect this information when you:

Who will it be shared with?
We share your personal information internally and with our clients, suppliers, service providers, contractors, related entities and agents. For example, if you won a cinema ticket in a promotion, our digital team will share the information with the fulfilment team so as they can fulfil the ticket and we also let our client know that you won it too. In addition to this, we engage third parties to provide services and business support functions. Some of those third parties have access to personal information and are bound to use the information (if required) to provide the services and store the information securely. Where required by law, we may also disclose your personal information to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
We may also disclose your personal information to selected business partners so that they can contact you with information about their products/services that may be of interest to you, where you have consented to this.

We will keep your personal information for as long as we need it to process your claim and include your win in a report to our client (and for as long as is necessary to comply with any applicable record keeping requirements). Where the information we hold is not accurate, complete, up-to-date or relevant, you can request that we correct your information, and we will respond to your request within a reasonable time. We reserve the right to confirm your identity before complying with such a request.
You must always provide accurate information and you agree to update your information whenever necessary. You also agree that, in the absence of any update, we can assume that the information submitted to us is correct. In the case that information is not kept up to date, we are not responsible or liable for any loss incurred by you (including but not limited to prizes and gifts that cannot be dispatched as a result of the wrong address being provided).
