Brief
Creating a buzz in store, increasing in-store foot traffic and engaging customers with staff and products were the key objectives of ECCO's Easter promotion.
Execution
J&C created a clever campaign to celebrate the Easter trading period with decadent chocolates for every customer. Customers entering all ECCO stores had the chance to WIN a FREE Pair of ECCO Shoes or special discount hidden in the complimentary chocolate bars, redeemable on the spot.
Results
Customer feedback was very positive. With a chance to WIN a FREE Pair of Shoes and a block of chocolate, they saw it as a WIN-WIN. ECCO experienced a 35% increase in their average transaction value in store and as a result have run the campaign for consecutive years.
