Brief

York Fitness (in the fitness space since 1932) approached J&C to review their brand communication and marketing to help take the brand to the next level.

The brief was to grow the York Fitness brand in Australia and convert more people to purchase online.

Execution

Using the latest Roy Morgan data, we reviewed York Fitness customer purchasing habits to understand what their customer segments were interested in, the digital marketing gaps and where we could capitalise on sales and engagement.

We then refreshed the website and managed media planning and buying. We also managed all creative, social and search optimisation as well as all of their marketing activity, promotions, competitions and reseller support.

Results

York Fitness has been 'the strongest name in fitness' for many years and with J&C's digital marketing and design expertise, we'll keep them there. Within 3 months following our engagement, online sales increased by almost 1000% and continue to grow.
