Brief

J&C were engaged by Optus to incentivise all Optus Prepaid customers to make recharges of $30+ with a choice of exciting rewards – and the chance to win a series of major prizes.

Execution

Millions of customers were able to 'Recharge and Always Win' a wide range of rewards, including free admission to top attractions, free hobby sessions, anime subscriptions, travel vouchers and retail discount vouchers.

Plus we worked with Optus to source fortnightly major prizes – including cars, travel, cash and fashion to create broad appeal and provide the opportunity to refresh communication throughout the campaign.

Results

Optus Prepaid customers responded by claiming millions of dollars in instant reward value. Success also came in the form of meeting Optus’ KPI’s, resulting in refreshed version of this campaign in April 2020.
